KYZEN DS3522 is a broad spectrum cleaning agent developed for KYZEN’s DuoSolvent process that cleans a wide variety of parts and soils in a process that uses no water. DS3522 is effective for the removal of virtually all types of fluxes including rosin, low residue/no-clean and organic acid flux.
KYZEN DS3522 is an engineered cleaning fluid with a balance of dispersive, polar and hydrogen bonding solubility forces. DuoSolvent Cleaning Technology is a two-stage cleaning process that uses no water. The part is first cleaned with DS3522 and then rinsed with a vapor degreasing solvent.

KYZEN DS3522 works in immersion, spray, or ultrasonic processes. DuoSolvent process produces clean and dry parts in one machine with a short cycle time, low energy consumption and small equipment footprint.
