CONFLICT MINERAL COMPLIANCE

In 2010, Congress passed the Dodd-Frank Act, Section 1502 of which requires all US publicly traded companies to file disclosures and reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) related to the use of Conflict Minerals in their products. Under the Act, Conflict Minerals include tantalum, tin, gold and/or tungsten.

No KYZEN product contains Conflict Minerals.
