Executive Vice President

Thomas Forsythe (Tom) is world renowned for his knowledge and understanding of precision cleaning chemistries and processes for metal finishing, electronics and advanced packaging. Over the past 20 years, Tom has served as KYZEN’s Vice President overseeing marketing and financial functions globally.

He is often seen at industry conferences and manufacturing shows around the world and has authored and bylined industry articles, technical papers and  presented at industrial educational forums. His friendly leadership style is engaging. Quick to say hello and share a story, or to listen to your cleaning process challenge, it’s easy to see why he is often called KYZEN’s global “Ambassador.”

Before serving as Vice President for KYZEN, Tom served as North America’s VP of sales. Prior to working for KYZEN, he directed an industrial cleaning business for W.R. Grace, specializing in cleaning for aeronautics. His experience as a pilot for the U.S. Navy brought special insights to his work.

Tom is extremely committed to industry service and has served on a number of industry Boards of Directors, including SMTA and is a member of the IPC Expo Steering Committee. Tom got his start at the US Naval Academy and eventually achieved a Naval Aviator designation as a Helicopter Pilot. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics & Engineering and an MBA from Boston University.
