MICRONOX MX2127 is a single-phase aqueous chemistry with an extended bath life designed to remove lead-free flux residues from IGBT module devices of all types that utilize copper and nickel DBC substrates. This multi-metal safe, cost-effective universal cleaning agent meets all requirements of cleaning IGBT devices and is designed for use and easy monitoring in in-line SIA cleaning systems. MX2127 also performs well in removing common no-clean flux residue at low concentrations and temperatures.
MICRONOX MX2708 is a balanced cleaning agent for spray-in-air application designed with special consideration to the critical process conditions matching a cleaning agent with water-soluble fluxes and pastes. It is formulated for cleaning challenges, including low standoff gaps and fine patches presented by leadless devices such as Cu Pillar flip chips, 2.5D/3D ICs and AiP. MX2708 is most effective in cleaning organic acid flux residues at lower concentrations.
