Also available are innovative combination products that clean and protect with the same solution in one machine, one chemistry, and one process.

To accommodate a wide range of metal finishing applications, we offer solvent based inhibitors for immersion systems and aqueous products for spray applications. We also have products designed for use in precision vacuum degreasers.
Corrosion Inhibitors
KYZEN aqueous products provide protection up to 90 days and often beyond.
These products provide dry-film protection with little to no visible film on the part surface. In many applications, these films do not impede subsequent operations such as painting and welding.

Corrosion Protection Lab Services
Our Nashville Technical Center has an Atmospheric Control Chamber for measuring and evaluating corrosion protection. This chamber creates a tightly controlled environment that can create hot, cold, and humid atmospheres that may induce corrosion and rust or the possibility of failure for clean parts for any end use.
Corrosion Testing
During corrosion testing, each metal part is checked for rust or corrosion. KYZEN corrosion inhibitors are thoroughly tested for long-term protection to give you peace of mind.
